HONDURAS ABEJA
We're excited about the return of one of our favourite coffees; the Abeja (Honey) from Honduras!
Like our previous Honduras & Costa Rica origins, it's a honey-processed coffee which is grown in one of the highest altitude areas in Honduras.
While not using Honey in the production itself, "honey-processed" means that part of the coffee cherry mucilage is left on the bean during drying, creating sweetness and complexity.
We can't wait for you to try it, and expect it to be with us and available to order shortly!
