Atlantic Escapade is a project to row 3,000 nautical miles across the Atlantic Ocean in a very tiny boat, fundraising for the RNLI.
In 2018, Andy became the first person to row solo around Britain; a circumnavigation that took 174 days alone at sea, 16kg of chocolate, and a lot of Crude coffee. For his Atlantic crossing, he’s joined by fellow shipmate Rosalind, who brings her ocean science and education experience to run a schools project, encouraging the next generation to get involved in protecting our ocean environments.
